I run the shoots, not just brief them out.
I came up as a photographer and director. Thirty-six multi-city campaigns. I know what a 5K Fresnel looks like at noon, what a working stylist actually needs on day three, why permits in Joshua Tree take six weeks. The brief survives contact with the day because I'm the one running it.

I build software when the existing tools don't cut it.
AirSelects (selects and delivery for production teams), TerminalAI, a few internal AI pipelines. The build comes from the same place as the directing: removing friction from creative work. You get the upside without paying for it as a separate engagement.
